How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
 
Do you ship to my country?
 
Please add the items you want to the shopping cart, then view shopping cart, in "Calculate shipping Rates" section, there is a  drop down window "Country".  If your country is on the list, it means we ship to your country. If your country is  not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Online Quotation:

You may get a quotation online. To do so, just simply add the products  to  shopping cart, then click on  "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT ", enter your shipping address, select the shipping method,  our online order system will automatically calculate the shipping charge, give you total amount of the purchase, you can print this page as a quotation.

 
Shipping Methods for Domestic Orders
 
Ground service:
 
Available for shipping to 48 contiguous states. Scheduled delivery of your order will be 1 to 6 business days (depends how far away you are from our warehouse in Irvine, California) from the time it leaves our warehouse.

Please see above map for estimated time ( quoted in business days. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Priority Mail  is recommended as alternative shipping method for shipping to Non-Contiguous states such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands & APO/FPO addresses. 
 

2  Days Air Service:
 
Available for shipping to anywhere except APO/FPO addresses. Scheduled delivery of your order will be two business days from the time it leaves our warehouse;

Next Day  /Over Night  Air Shipping Service:
 
Available for shipping to anywhere in USA except APO/FPO addresses. Scheduled delivery of your order will be one business day from the time it leaves our warehouse.

 Please note that like all other shipping methods, this shipping service has  no  delivery on Saturday and Sunday or holidays. If a order is shipped out on Friday through "Next Day Air" service, it will arrive next Monday.
 
Saturday deliver is only available on Friday for Next Day Air service with extra charge.  

Please be aware that all time periods are quoted in business days,  weekends or holidays are not counted as business days.
 
When you calculate delivery times , please add the time we needed to process your orders. Most orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pacific Coast Time) are shipped out same business day if shipping through UPS/Fedex service. Orders shipping through U.S. Post office (such as Priority Mail & Express Mail) will normally be shipped out next business day. But some products may show more or less times for processing in their availability properties. We accepts online orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, weekend orders will not be processed until Monday morning. Therefore, these days are not included in the time needed to process your order.
 
Shipping Methods for International Orders

We ship international orders through US Post Office, UPS or Fedex. Available shipping methods will be offered during the check out process when you place order online.

Following are estimated delivery time needed for different shipping methods. Time hold by destination country custom not counted in the estimated days.

  • First Class Mail: 10 ~ 20 business days. Online tracking is not available.
  • Priority Mail: 7 ~ 15 business days. Online tracking is not available.
  • Express Mail, 5~10 Business Days. Online tracking is provided.
  • UPS or Fedex International Air Shipping:  3 ~ 7 business days. Online tracking is provided.

  • Please note that online tracking is not available for First Class International Mail or International Priority Mail. If you do not receive your order after 30 days, please let us know immediately. We are sorry that we can not accept any lost package claim after 60 days from shipping date.

  • Note: Customers may also need to pay custom duties and tariffs whenever applicable to their own countries.
  • Currently we can conduct business in English only. We are sorry that we are unable to provide other language support. 
     
    Shipping Cost: The shipping charge depends on the weight and size of your order, the shipping method, and your distance from Irvine, California. You will know exact shipping charge before you submit the order. After you enter shipping address and select shipping method ,  you will see the exact shipping charge. You can apply different shipping method to compare the shipping cost. Shipping cost goes up almost exponentially in the sequence of UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. UPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with UPS' web site, using actual weight of items, shipping distance from Irvine, California, and the published UPS rates. A nominal charge ( depending on package size & value) is added for the packaging materials & labor & handling and insurance. In case the UPS site has problems to do real-time calculation, we may add shipping charge manually after you enter orders.

    Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned merchandise to BiX Computers. 

  • Return & Warranty Service Shipping:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned merchandise to BiX International, Inc with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by BiX International, Inc.

  • For customers located in United States, we will pay shipping cost (regular ground shipping only) for returning repaired or replaced merchandises under warranty back to customers.

  • For customers located outside United States, customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping repaired or replaced merchandises under warranty back to customers.

    We will send you an e-mail with UPS or Fedex tracking # after the order is shipped out. You can use this tracking # to track your order shipping status online at UPS or Fedex website. 

    Online tracking  is not available for post office  international first class mail and international priority mail.
     
    Note: We don't use customer's UPS or Fedex account, all shipping charged need to be pre-paid.

    If you do not receive International First Class Mail after 30 days, please let us know.
