You must get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping back products to BiX International, Inc.

Return Policies

1. Return for refund:

  • All refund returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  • A 15%-20% restock fee may be charged for refund returns.
  • Computer systems (both desktop and laptop computer systems) are not refundable.
  • All unopened software may be returned for exchange within 30 days of invoice date. All opened software cannot be returned for any reason.
  • We are not responsible for you ordering the wrong product(s). We do not guarantee that products sold are defect free or 100% compatible to each other or with existing parts. All refusals will be credited minus the freight charges.
  • All refund returns must be in original factory cartons with all of the original packing materials. All miscellaneous materials (such as manuals, accessories and cables) must be included or you will be billed for the missing parts accordingly.
  • All refund credits will be made back to the original payment funding source. For example, an order paid  via Credit Card will be issued a Refund to the account for the Card that was used to fund the order. An order paid via PayPal will be issued a Refund to the original PayPal account.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned merchandise to BiX International, Inc with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by BiX International, Inc.
  • Special orders are not returnable. All orders over US$1000 is considered as special orders

    2. Return for warranty service:

  • Most products have one year limited warranty unless otherwise specified. Defective products under warranty can be returned for repair or replacement.
  • All warranty return products must be under warranty. 
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
  • Return authorization must be received within 15 business days from the date of the RMA or the return will be refused.
  • All replacement items will be shipped after we have receive and process your defective return.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandises back to BiX International Inc for warranty service. For customers located in United States, we will pay ground shipping cost for returning repaired or replaced merchandises back to customers.
  • For customers located outside United States, customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping repaired or replaced merchandises back to customers.

    3. Other policies:

  • If a package arrives damaged, please refuse the package and report to us as soon as possible. BiX International, Inc is not responsible for any shipping company's error during transit or the resulting damage or loss of value, time, profit or money.
  • BiX International, Inc is not responsible for any damage or loss of time, profit or money as a result of using products purchased from BiX International, Inc, or web site surfing, or being advised by phones and e-mails. Defective Products:
  • Any damages arising from a defective product to be limited to a refund of the purchase price only. Defective items will be replaced with either a repaired or refurbished unit (even for DOA's). If no replacement unit is available within 30 days, we will issue a refund credit back to the original payment methods
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned merchandise to BiX International, Inc with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by BiX International, Inc.
