Customers located outside United States are also responsible for the cost of shipping repaired or replaced merchandises back to customers. All refund returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date and items are

as-new condition, including the original box and all other original packaging,
manuals and accessories. BiX International, Inc. will not refund any original shipping
