Payment methods for USA Domestic Orders:

Four types of payment methods are available:

  • Credit Cards
  • PayPal
  • Bank Wire Transfer
  • Purchase Orders :* We accept purchase orders from US government agencies.

  • We do not accept COD payment of any kind at this time.

    Credit Cards:

We accept American Express, VISA, Master, Discover, and Diner's Club credit cards. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing banks.

Our order system will decline the credit card if the billing address entered during check out does not match with the address on file at the credit card company or the credit card does not support Address Verification Service.

Important note: We only accept credit cards that support AVS (Address Verification Service). The Address Verification System (AVS) is a system used to verify the identity of the person claiming to own the credit card. The system will check the billing address of the credit card provided by the user with the address on file at the credit card company. At present, only a few countries support AVS on Visa and MasterCard, notably the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom. American Express does not support AVS in other countries than the USA.

For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than the billing address may require additional verifications. If shipping address is different from the credit card registered billing address, order processing may be delayed since we need more time to verify the order. We’ll not ship to a non-billing address if we are unable to verify the order with the credit card owner.

It is safe to pay with credit card online on our website:

Why my credit card payment failed?

If your credit card payment was declined, it may be because:

    1. Your credit card does not support AVS:

We only accept credit cards that support AVS. AVS stands for Address Verification System, and is exactly what it sounds like. The Address Verification System (AVS) is an advanced level of credit card security .

AVS is widely supported in the USA. If your credit card is issued outside USA, it may not support AVS.

If your credit card does not support AVS, we are sorry that we are unable to accept it..

    2. AVS Errors:

If your credit card does support AVS, but the billing information you provided does not match the billing information on record with the bank that issued your credit card, then the transaction will be declined. If you just moved recently, you may need to call your bank to update your record with your bank.

    3. Suspicious charges

Your credit card company may be suspicious of an unauthorized charge. Banks can be pretty protective of your account when it detects unusual behavior.
