voltage varies from 9V to 12.6V. When the battery is fully charged,
its maximum output voltage is 12.6V. The output voltage drops gradually
during discharging process, and the cut off voltage is 9V. Usually, the
battery output voltage will be around 10.5V ~ 11.5V .
