Credit Card Online Orders:

We accept American Express, VISA, Master, Discover & Diner's Club credit cards.

All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank.

Billing address should match with credit card registered address.
For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, please contact the bank that issued your credit card and have your shipping address listed as an alternate address.

We will allow ship to a different address only if the credit card registered address is in USA and we can reach the credit card owner and order receiver to verify the order.

Please make sure that your e-mail address and telephone number for billing address are valid . BiX International reserves the right to contact you by email or telephone to request additional identification.

We may reject orders if the credit verification fails.

Important: It is a crime to use other people's credit card without their permission. If you use a credit card fraudulently to pay for products at this site, we will forward information to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

PayPal:

If you have a PayPal account, you can pay by PayPal. To use PayPal, please make sure that your shipping address is confirmed with PayPal. Your order may be rejected if you have an unconfirmed address with PayPal.

Bank Wire Transfer

If your credit card or PayPal payment is declined, you can select to pay by bank wire transfer, we will send you detail info about wire transfer process after we verify and accept your order. Wire-transfer may take 2-4 business days to confirm. It must be confirmed by our bank before shipping can take place. $25 wire transfer fee charge will be added to your order also.

Purchase Orders

We also accept purchase orders from U.S. Government Agencies, School Districts, well established Colleges and Universities, Hospitals, Fortune 1000 & New York Stock Exchange listed companies . To do so, just simply order online first, add the product you wanted to the shopping cart, then check out, enter your shipping address, select the shipping method, then click "Continue", our online order system will automatically calculate the shipping charge, give you total amount of the purchase, you can print this page, use those figures to fill the purchase orders, then mail or fax the formal authorized purchase order to us. We will ship out the order after we verify it with Net 15~30 Days term.

International Payment Methods:

All international orders must be prepaid including shipping in advance by PayPal or bank wire transfer in US dollars only. Customers are responsible for customs duties and tariffs whenever applicable to their own countries.

We accept Bank Wire Transfer as major payment method for international orders. We may also accept PayPal as payment method for small orders from limited countries.

Bank Wire Transfer: We will send you bank wire transfer instructions after receive and verify the your order.
PayPal (limited countries and amount)*: Although we accept PayPal as payment method for international orders from certain countries, your order still may be rejected if you have an unconfirmed address with your PayPal account. If this is the case, Bank Wire Transfer will be the only payment method we accept for international customers.

Credit Cards: Currently, we only accept credit cards that support AVS (Address Verification Service). The Address Verification System (AVS) is a system used to verify the identity of the person claiming to own the credit card. The system will check the billing address of the credit card provided by the user with the address on file at the credit card company. At present, only a few countries support AVS on Visa and MasterCard, notably the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom. American Express does not support AVS in other countries than the USA. Our order system will decline credit cards that do not support Address Verification Service.

What security measures are in place?

Shopping online with us is safe! We take online security very seriously. To protect your privacy, your credit card information is encrypted and passed along with your order to us via industry-standard SSL technology (Secure Sockets Layer). You should use a browser that supports SSL encryption.
Anytime you are asked to enter credit card information, it will be on secure pages. Secure pages typically begin with "https://" instead of "http://". If your browser's Status Bar is enabled, you will also see a lock or key icon.
Your credit card information is not transmitted via e-mail, which is not encrypted. Your credit card # will not store on our website. Our credit card processing company ( which is PayPal) will handle all credit card info and process,
